The Brooks Health Centre is a full-service hospital providing services to the Brooks and District community from emergency to palliative care as well as community programs for mental health support along with pre and postnatal support.  The Brooks Health Foundation is happy to call Brooks Health Centre our home and look forward to assisting and supporting the Brooks & District Community for years to come. 

OUR MISSION

The Brooks & District Health Foundation strives to encourage donations by being an ethical, high profile charitable organization focused on its donors and responsibly funding enhancements to improve and enchance the quality of local healthcare.

Our Vision, through a diverse representation of Trustees and donors, is to work in collaboration with the Brooks District to provide superior medical equipment, an excellent health facility, and a comfortable healthcare environment.
